SlideFidelity

Refund policy

Draft — needs legal review. Last updated 30 September 2026. This text must be checked against Paddle's buyer terms before launch.

Who sells SlideFidelity Pro

SlideFidelity Pro is sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle processes your payment, issues your invoice, and handles refunds. Your purchase is also covered by Paddle's buyer terms, and nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Try before you buy

Every new account gets a 30-day trial of every Pro feature with no card required, so you can check that SlideFidelity works with your decks and your version of PowerPoint before you pay.

First purchase: 14-day refund

If you are not happy with SlideFidelity Pro, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. You do not need to give a reason.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. If a renewal charge was unwanted, ask for a refund within 14 days of the renewal date and we will refund it in full. After 14 days, renewals are not refundable, but you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the account page (choose Manage subscription) or from the link in your Paddle receipt email. Cancelling stops future renewals. Pro stays active until the end of the current billing period.

How to ask for a refund

Reply to your Paddle receipt email, use the Paddle customer portal from the account page, or email support@slidefidelity.com with the email address you used to buy. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them. When a payment is refunded, Pro ends for that account.

Other cases

If you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or could not use SlideFidelity because of a problem on our side, contact us at any time and we will make it right.
